Things could be better

Staff seems a lot more friendly than other reviews gave them. However there is problems with some of the buildings. Water leaking through ceilings and windows, mold and termites. Matenance does a half job with fixing the problems. Inside of some apartments has visible appearance of Water Damage. Not good.
