Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
I have lived at Sendera Palms for 5 years and am now getting out! Having to listen to sex starved neighbors going at it late at night, police presence at all times of the night, seeing water seeping into my walls and ceilings and having management do nothing. I've had enough. It's bad enough my apartment is a hole in the wall with no W/D but they have the audacity to raise my rent to almost $600. Goodbye Sendera Palms.
