I moved to Sendera Palms in February 2004, I have a three bedroom apartment so that puts me in the back. I think the real problem is the tenants, this place has real potential, but unfortunately some residence dont take pride in their living conditions, they leave garbage outside the doors (there is no valet trash removal), they have smelly pets and refuse to turn on the air conditioning units in their apartments so the smell is unbearable, they park all over the parking lot, leave trash in their trucks and the smell to that needs no explanation. The breezeways are hardly cleaned, although if you complain enough like I do, you can get them to clean it. I refuse to use the entrance to my building, and prefer to use the rear courtyard entrance, it is much more appealing, however, children play in this area and leave trash. The policies and procedures of the new management company can quite possibly turn this place around, however, some of their staff dont think it is important to keep up with the overall maintenance of the place, especially in the rear near the second pool. Management has been very responsive to my complaints which puts me at ease, but their "new tenant" policy should be a little more stringent. They allow anyone in the complex at this time and this is why they are having such problems.
