I am relocating to Central Florida and got a list of about 10 complexes from Apt Hunters. When I went to Sendera Palms, there were 3 women in the front office, speaking spanish and giggling. It took approximately 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence with "We'll be with you in a moment." I took a floor plan and sat. The heavy set girl with excessive make up and cleavage was sharing romantic details that were in my opinion to be un-ladylike and very inappropriate, for the workplace. The unfortunate girl with only one arm finally approached me after an additional 5-10 minutes and seemed visibly bothered for the interuption to their conversation. She offered me no options or information other than what I had printed in front of me and did not even offer to show me a model. She was brash and not at all helpful. The third woman, the manager I believe, went into her office and closed the door. This was the rudest group and most unfriendly bunch. I'd hate to see what they do when their tenants have problems. I would not rent an apartment at Sendera Palms if it were $1.00 per month! I recommend you look elsewhere. Availibilty appears to be far and few between but there are nicer complexes with more amentities.

I'd have to say that, while this is an opinion website, your comments on individuals' physical appearance, rather than simply sticking to fact, more or less renders your comments null and void. As a resident, I've never had the slightest problem with the leasing staff.

I totally agree with the reviewer, it makes me so mad when I go to the office and have to wait forever and then feel I'm such an interruption and there's stuff that's more important. Can't wait to leave this apartment complex
