Truly the best leasing team I've experienced...

I have to say that I've lived in several communities within Orlando, but I've never dealt with a leasing and management team that is as friendly and committed to service as the team at Sendera Palms.

Sendera Palms is priced right -- average in amenities, but is well-located in the Millenia area, so it could very well be priced higher due to its proximity to such stores as Macy's, Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus.

The grounds are average in appearance, but are well-kept and the exterior renovations that took place two years ago really catapulted the curb appeal of the community, especially considering the neighborhood.

With all of this said, however, the management change that took place just prior to the renovations couldn't have been a better choice for the owner of the property, and if there is one reason why you should seriously consider Sendera Palms, IT IS the management team. Always a smile and a wave "hello" when they're making their rounds about the community or when you stop by the office.

RECOMMENDED!

Actually, *IF* the community *IS* going condo, neither the management team *NOR* the developer are allowed to tell you until they have been given the go-ahead by the State of Florida, who also goes so far as to demand final approval of the letter you're given to inform you of an imminent conversion (and your rights therein). For more information on a potential condo conversion, consult the State of Florida's Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation-Condominiums Division.
