I am a very visual person and, in my search for an apartment, I had very stringent guidelines. The complex has to be very good looking and affordable. In this area, the better looking the apartment complex, the higher the price. Well, for the money this complex is it. The apartments are lovely. I live in the small one bedroom w/upgrades and it is too cute for words. Everyone that visits says the same thing, "This apartment is so cute." The entrance to the complex is visually appealing, the club house is beautifully decorated, and the grounds are nicely landscaped. Driving home always puts a smile on my face.
Moving beyond the surface of things, the reason I chose to sign a lease with this complex is the management and leasing team. They made me feel so welcome and important. They took the time out to hear my concerns, tell me about the complex and the amenities offered, and then they took me on a tour of the beautiful model apartments. What stood out most to me when I was making a decision as to what complex to move to, was the hospitality, courtesy, and patients of the staff.
I encourage everyone reading this review to stop by and see and experience what I am writing about. You will be impressed with the professionalism of the staff and you will love the apartments. Put this complex on your list to check out. You won't be sorry.

I have lived at sendera palms formally Park South for the last 12 years. It has been my home and I am very sorry to hear we may be going Condo. I was told by a staff member that we will find out next week, if we will in fact become condos. I have been through 4 managers and numerous staff members, but the reason I am here is because it is home, with the ponds and the ducks. And the trees, even though we lost alot in the hurricanes last year. They are no longer leasing anything and we are all on pins and needles. But it is a good place to call home. I am hoping beyond hope it does not happen. Orlando is turning into a vulgar gobbling monster, eating away the charm and beauty it once had. Growth and greed have replaced charm and a small town feel in this place!! God help us all!!

Until this point, residents have only been informed that the ownership and management have changed. For more information on a potential condo conversion, consult the State of Florida's Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation-Condominiums Division.
