ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE DEAL IS WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT. ARE WE TURNING INTO CONDO'S' WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ONES WHO FOOLISHY RENEWED THEIR LEASE' USED TO BE A NICE PLACE TO LIVE----UNTIL THE CONSTUCTION CREWS MOVED IN. AND HANG OUT ALL OVER THE PLACE AND MAKE MESSES

Until this point, residents have only been informed that the ownership and management have changed. For more information on a potential condo conversion, consult the State of Florida's Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation-Condominiums Division.

I live across the street and we to have been told we are going condo. apts are empty and have had work done. but will never sell cause the buildings are old and overpriced.
