Never mind the fact that I am pending a law suit against this apartments for the severe mildew and mold issue that intefered with my health. I was living at Sendera palm since it was called Park South then Gables took ownership of the junk yard park. I constently had spider and roach in my apartment and I kept a very clean place it's just that the pest control never came around to spray. I had to beg the rude leasing staff to have pest control spray. The walls are super thin I can heard when neighbor whisper to each other. The lay out of the apartment is so stupid there was no dining area. No storage thank god I did'nt have a washer and dryer. The laundry center was always dirty and the water pressure was so low that I can spit on the clothes to get it wetter. The pool was always dirty.Parking was ok during the day but at night was torrable you would have to walk though dull lit flooded walkway(because the sprinkler would always run to long)to get to your door. I would be scaried to death to hurry into my apartment because there was always break in and neighbor's getting held up in front of their doors. I love nature but the ducks was ridiculous I had family come to vist and they tried to fed the ducks needless to say she had to run back to my apartment because she was beening chase it was way to muchof them. I live in this hell for 2 yrs the only reason I lived ther for that long was because the location was the best I was less than a half of mile from my job and of course moving expenses it was very central to everyhting but other than that I an so thankful I BROKE MY LEASE. I also agree with the person that broke the lease one price was told to me then after a bill for an extra $700 and the apartment was left in good condidtion well meaning I did do any why I would have to spend extra $700. If you love mold and mildrew and broke down walls come her to live if your like me RUNNNN AWAY AND RUN FAST. I just read that they are going condo buyers good luck this place is definitely a fixer upper.
