Worse complex ever. I know they arent renewing leases anymore but in case prospective buyers are looking here, this is what I have to say: Nothing is ever the management company's fault, ever. They forgot to put a notice on my door to move my car before they paved and consequently they towed it. No one would even entertain the possibility that they might have missed my door when putting up the notices. They are rude and not helpful and because of that there is only one of them left. The maintenance staff does shoddy work and gives you an attitude. When I moved in I had to have them come back and clean my apartment because I had dog hair everywhere, including inside the refrigerator, in the paint on the walls, etc. I was infested with ants, so much so that I bought my own pesticide since the exterminators did an ineffective job. Also, there were spiders everywhere. My aparment smells like my neighbors kitchen. They are foreign and cook with alot of oils, which is fine, but the air from their apartment comes directly into my living room or my bathroom when the fan is on, not to mention any pests they have. I went to the office in an emergency situation when water was pouring in through my window and my electrical outlet and they said they would fix it the next day. They guy showed up and came up with an excuse why he couldnt do it becuase it involved replacing the whole window frame. When I talked to the office they said he could. Hence it remains unfixed and the drywall is all mold. Speaking of mold, I believe that is what provides the insulation here. Two days after I scrub my bathroom you can see it growing on the floor again, thats how much is in the walls, prospective buyers. Speaking of insulation, there isnt any Im convinced. I have to keep my air conditioning on 70 when its 50 degrees outside because everyone around is blasting heat and it just comes in here. The washer hookup smells intolerable of mold. When I moved in I pulled 3 feet of womens hair and hair ties and also dog toenails out of my drain since the water was not draining. Even tho they put new carpeting in it is of the lowest quality. My vacuum cleaner is tearing it apart at the edges and I refuse to have that come out of my deposit. My dishwasher leaks and is almost impossible to turn on without alot of strength since the latch is broken. The handle to my oven is broken and the oven wasnt cleaned before I moved in. The racks in my closet are coming out of the walls, even before I moved in. My mirror and towel rack were coming out of the walls. My hot water is gone in 5 minutes. My internet keeps resetting because of power spikes due to the ancient wiring. Poor lighting outside. Hallways are lined with spiders and pests at night, so much so that I sprayed my own stuff all over the outside to keep it down. Pool is disgusting, I wouldnt touch the hot tub if you paid me. The quality of the people is deplorable. Take the previous posters comments on that situation as the iron truth. I still receive mail from 6 different previous tennants with FINAL NOTICE on the outside which goes to show how responsible they were. Oh, and to top it all off, my apartment was broken into 2 days before Christmas and it was trashed and I am missing thousands of dollars worth of belongings. Safe huh' It gets even safer, listen to this: two days after my apartment was broken into one in the next building over was as well. I talked to the police and they said an officer's uniform and his gun was stolen. Also, a month and a half ago my neighbor's car was broken into. Keep in mind I have not even been here 6 months. Unsafe, disgusting, and worthless can be applied to every aspect of this residence. If you want to live here you can do it vicariously from where you are now by breaking into your own car, breaking into your own home, and also systematically letting your own home become detritus. If there was ever a time to use the phrase in the appropriate context it is now : caveat emptor...

I just wanted to mention that people should really take a class in grammar if they want to be taken seriously. Look up the word paragraph before you start typing again. Sheesh. (And ya, the aparemtment I lived in was pretty busted).
