Ok...so maybe this is a slight exageration if you possibly enjoy the following:

On any given night between 11 and 1 you will be guaranteed a sweet treat because the ice cream trucks park and wait for business right outside your door. Are they really selling just ice cream' Who Knows!

The music and parties are incredible every weekend. Usually they do not end until 3 or 4 in the morning. During this time kids are playing in the streets and the parents are in the apartments with wide open doors and windows to share the experience with everyone in their building!

Maintenance....HA HA...what's that'! I have lived in this apartment for four years and still have yet to get screens on my windows. Apparently they are still on order...that is what I am always told!

These apartments are old and mold and mildew infested. THey simply put a fresh coat of paint on everything before you move in. So about six months later it will come crawling through the walls. I won't even start in on the roach and ant problems.

These apartments are zoned for terrible schools...F schools.

The only plus...and I mean only... is that these apartments are huge and cheap!

So if you don't mind living in little mexico with all of the above benefits...then come on down! You have to be nuts or broke!
