GHETTTOOOOOOO!!! Maintenance never fixes anything. You are promised everything and get nada. The manager is a joke. He says don't worry we'll take care of it and does nothing but sit like a pretty princess in his office. You come home to these grown men sitting outside drinking, smoking and girls braiding hair, kids runnng around unsupervised. Your neighbors playing there music like they in the club. You find empty bags of drugs on the grounds. Drug dealers handling there business with no shame. People smoke out all times of the day like its a ciggerette. Funny thing is...there is "security" here. It's sad. Something needs to be done. I'm tired. I pay my rent on time and have to settle for this. The new manager says now things are going to be different and it's gotten worse. If your looking for apt do not even come through the entrance. This is not a safe place some lady slashed someone the other day. Fights and gunshots everyday. Helicopters always over here. Don't beleive me' Come over. Drive through at night. Roll your windows, up lock your doors and try to blend in or not to be noticed. GOOD LUCK...

this person definitely knows what they are talking about all those things and more are constantly going on in this complex!
