Well todays news showed a major fire last night at Skypines apts. they also reported that 6 people were living in the SMALL (YES WE USED TO LIVE IN THE APT #902 when Lexford ran the property SO WE KNOW JUST HOW SMALL IT WAS)
Hmmm seems the family was related to the manager who ignored housing laws on the amt of people allowed in that apt due to sq feet so the state needs to get involved with criminal charges against the property owner for alloowing this
The news also reported the fire started due to a faulty air conditioning unit that is well over its lifespan (Its a wall unit like a motels in the middle of the apt in smallest bedroom)
Would you want to live in a property like this with this going on ''''

First of all the manager did not have 6 people in the apartment, she only has 2 kids. Secondly the A/C was only 2 months old. Lastly your title stated that Factual and obvicously you are uncertain of that defination. The fire that took place a an accident that was not the manager's or the owners fault. There were no criminal charges and no police investigation. This is pure ignorance on your part and shame on you. Now thats FACTUAL!!! You can always stop by and talk to the manager her name is Melissa Victor.

I can tell you that #902 was never, ever, an apartment in that community when Lexford was there, it's the office. It mirrors the studio apartment floorplan, but never had plumbing for a bathroom, let alone a shower. The electric is shared with the neighboring 2-bedroom unit. I don't know the owners, but I do know the property, so, sorry but livinglife80 is right, you don't have your facts. Sounds like gossip to me.

It aint gossip and if you ask the residents and do your research online you will find that there have been 18 dead dogs found over there in the past year. I live here. Get it right
