The apartments are filthy when you move in,Roaches meet you at the door the carpets stinks and the New Manager sits on his lazy Ass and does not care about anything. This place is a dump, it's loud and drug deals all over the place. Maintenance is a joke, I would not recommend this place to a dog. The take advantage of the people in the black area, This place needs a Black Manager not some white guy who is ---.
