'''' Wow, I am really surprised with negative childish response. I have been a tenant of Sky Pines for the past 3 months. From what I have personally experienced with the new Manager was a lot of great things; such as being treated like I was important person. I have not ever experienced nothing but wonderful customer service like I have with this new manager. My apartment at move in was real nice and clean. I was left with a nice Welcome Home Greeting card on my breakfast bar. Which welcome me into the neighborhood. There was a time when my fridge has completely stop working. I call for maintance and had my fridge in working order within 30mintues. I have honestly experinced a few roaches in my apartment; however I make it a point to spray my apartment every weekend to prevent any more roaches as well as keeping a clean household. Little simple things that I learned from my grandmother as a child. I feel that my needs are truly being met and that I will continue to recommend my family and friends here. It is sad that there are individuals out there that will take advantage of this type of site and will not express the good; just express the bad.
