I used to live there and after the season with 5 hurricanes, they renovated some units. I went to the office and asked to be transfered because my apartment's bathroom was in very bad condition and maintenance said an outside contractor had to fix the walls that were falling on us. Every time I go to the office they said they would find someone to fix the bathroom, they never did. When the new units were done, they gave them to new tenants even though I agreed to pay whatever price they were renting them for. And I am not the only person they lied to when they promised we could transfer if we were willing to pay more. When I confronted the manager she said I can move out if I wanted to because all the units are gone. And she wouldn't answer my question as to why she had promised something she could not deliver. Basically these people do not have any respect for tenants. Did I mention the maintenance is a joke.
