Since the new company bought the place and replace the staff,this place is going down really bad...There are garbage everywhere in the complex..you should drive around and see how much trash is in the back...the pool is dirty in bad condition,The laundry only 3 washer works and the dryers don't work,and when you asked the office why..there answer is the the gas bill was not paid,,the same happen with the outside lights of the property,the place was dark and dangerous...when I asked the same excuse..oh!!!before I forget the grass...the haven't cut the grass for the longest time...they started painting the building and what happen'(maybe the forgot to pay the painter).No emergency services.and maintenance is bad,I had wait for my stove to be fix about 3 months only 1 burner was working..And the have some lazy staff,that spend there time driving around or on the cell phone...and the people at the office..they still have the same Leasing Agent and a guy or a...who knows...that don't what are the doing and a pain to deal with ..The Manager is no longer there,she was very nice and the place was a place to live when she was in charge...she was great with the tenant and she always took care of my problems inmidiately and no excuses where giving...she was on top of this property 24/7... the I mentioned the office..the office is so dirty and smells so bad..and the rent goes up and nothing is been done..jajaja/how rediculous....Thank God !!!!!I moved out last month..
