I will list all the problems I had:

Pros:
1-You can see wildlife walking arround the complex (ducks mainly)

3-parking is decent

1-bathroom flooding: waste waters from other apts in the same building came from my toile, you can imagine the nightmare of seing others people feces all over my place.
2-I got the apt with broken blinds, and the ac never worked. by my surprise, they deducted from my security deposit the blinds
3-the manteinance staff made 2 holes in the walls, one in the bathroom and the other in the living room (trying to fix my bath flooding), by my surprise too, they deducted one of the holes from the security deposit.
4-The complex, and i mean all the south ridge, got flooded during TS Fay. I posted a pic.
5-One of the manteinance guys tried to kiss me (feb 2008), so i left 3 days later to my mothers house (for my own security), I knew much later that he got fired, but dont know if it is true or not.
6-Car jaking, the car appeared in another building 2 days later.
7-The staff is the WORSE in the world. there is one guy namend Michael...dont even try to speak with him about any problem, he just will ignore you.
8-roaches everywhere... but i have to say that few times i saw the pest control working in some apts.
9-garbage everywhere. It is not a safe place for kids.
10-Noise: OMG, Living in there seemed like living on a live concert, you can walk and hear the music comming from all the apts in the buildings in front of the Oak Ridge, the ones in the back on the complex are quiet.
11- There is always police looking for someone in there...i guess a lot of criminals live in there.
