My husband and I started renting here in March of this year (2009). We signed a 7 month lease (thank god) and it is now May. We have had problem after problem since we moved in. Our apartment was not ready when it was supposed to be. The walls are PAPER thin. Our apartment and the apartment below us was having power surges and they were reported to the office and NOTHING was done for FOUR days and only AFTER we said that we weren't going to pay our rent and take legal measures because the power surges BLEW UP our 3 tvs and the tvs and microwave of the lady in the apartment under us. Our air conditioner has been broken for almost 3 weeks and they have come to "FIX" it twice BOTH times leaving my apartment a MESS and saying that they couldn't fix it because they needed to order "MORE" parts. The maintenance crew has NO IDEA what they are doing and spend more time talking to each other then actually working. PLUS the office staff is very rude and has no idea of the legal responsibilities that they have as management. When my husband called to complain about the air conditioner STILL not being fixed and he told them that I am 32 weeks pregnant and it is NOT safe for me to be in the heat with no AC (which they KNEW) the lady that answered the phone said "well, it's not our problem that your wife is pregnant".
OVER ALL, this place is HORRIBLE and the staff is WORSE!!!
