Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
The only thing good about St Andrews Apartments is the location.
The office staff sucks.
The walls are too thin.
The AC ducts are full of mold & dust,
The water heaters & AC units are very old & leak.
Parking sucks.
Your rent, phone, cable & electric bills are too friggin high!
Don't waste your time or money here.........
