Been here for almost two years now. Very good. It's clean, not noisy at all, no fleas, great place for cat and dog lovers (they are there, but not noticeable one bit), great maintanance guys- real nice. Admit it... this place is very quaint with only about 250 units, atleast 4 trash dumps that are tucked away throughout the complex, great location compared to the busy metro area of orlando, it's attractive. Look, things aren't always perfect, but this is pretty darn close. People who complain about this place are venting or projecting their anger. Just really read some of these things and follow your intuition. I really wish I did purchase the Alexandra on the 2nd floor overlooking the pond when I could. It's a dream that gives you just what you need.
