I moved here in 2004 and this was my first place. It was very cheap, and you got your money's worth...if you love to party downtown and have a night job, then this place is perfect, because it is party central. Personally, it was a place that helped me when I needed it, but also one I couldn't wait to leave... Peace out

It seems to be about 50-50 with responsible people and party people. The young punk kids who party on the fire escape at 3 am on a weeknight really annoy me. Management just says call 911.
