I lived there for 6 months and I couldn't take it anymore. I was lucky and had one of the somewhat independent units. (had it's own small porch and private entrance to outside) The price is great includes water and utilities. But, I had roaches, fleas, etc..The place is very old and falling apartment. Parking on metered street parking can be costly..There is an expensive parking garage right next door. The biggest problem. They have extremely sensitive smoke/fire alarms, that continously go off. they are extremely loud...The worst if they go more than once for no reason in your apartment, they will charge you a $50-100 fee..Sure you get your water/electricity included, but I wouldn't recommend it...
