YES, IT IS AN AFFORDABLE PRICE, BIG SPACE, CONVENIENT LOCATION. BUT...PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE, YOU CAN NOT COME LATER THAN 6PM BECAUSE YOU NEED TO PARK ALMOST ON THE FACTORY OUTLETS! NEIGHBORS PARK ON THE MIDDLE OF TWO PARKING SPACES TO SAVE A SPOT FOR FAMILY MEMBER AND/OR FRIENDS, ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF GIVES YOU A TICKET IF YOU PARK IN FRONT OF YOUR APARTMENT AND OF COURSE, ADMINISTRATION CAN NOT HANDLE THAT...(THAT'S WHAT THEY SAY) LAUNDRY FACILITIES...ANOTHER NIGHTMARE, ALWAYS THERE IS MORE THAN ONE MACHINE THAT IS NOT OPERATING PROPERLY OR NOT WORKING AT ALL! POOL...ON THE WEEKEND THEY OPEN AFTER 3PM.

I have to admit that what this reviewer is saying is the whole truth. I live here also for a few years now. It is hard to live comfortable here because the music and the parking space. You don't feel like go out because when you come back you don't know where you going to park your car. Also it has been some broken on cars. So, of course you want to park your car as close to your apartment as possible. The music is a killer, if you want to rest you can't because your next door neighbor or the downstairs people want to listen to music so low that the walls vibrate or watch a movie with the surround sound speaker so loud, with the same result wall vibrating. It used to be so nice a few years back, but I'm sorry to said that is not like that anymore. Its to bad because this complex is so close to everything.
