This place is terrible. There is a party almost every night so i can never sleep. the walls are very thin and you can hear everything that goes on. When my neighbors shut their door, it shakes my room. I don't feel safe. Too many girls have been raped and people have been held at gun point and their apartments broken into. Maintance isn't too bad. My power kept going out and it turns out that we had an electrical problem and our apartment could have caught on fire. Internet isn't great. Parking isn't too bad. Way too overly priced for such a small room. I'm paying over $600 and it's not worth it. I don't like the fact that the air conditioner is in the bathroom. That makes all the air come in my room and not go to the rest of the apartment. the speed bumps are in the worst place, it's messing up my car. This place is always trashed. People throwing up everywhere and the pool is always messed up. So if you care about your safety and wanna save money, don't live here.
