Extremely Dissatisfied.

Living at Jefferson Lofts has been a nightmare. The rent is extremely high for a one bedroom apartment, $1038 a month (I had a roommate and we both had assigned parking at $20 each/month).
The electrical allowance is decided by the number of bedrooms in the apartment, not occupants. It is so low that most renters constantly went over by $30- $40.
The satellite service was always going out when it rained, which in Florida is at least once a day.
The internet was slow at best, and you never knew if it was going to work when you turned on the computer.
The security is a joke. Recently there were two guys screaming at each other in the hallway after punching each other, for at least an hour before they decided to show up. When I tried to call security, the phone just kept ringing with no answer.
There is always trash in the hallways, spilling out of the trash compactor, and run over in the streets.
Stray cats are always roaming around after dark.
Parties are constantly going on until 5am, even on weekdays. These parties consist of 50 people standing outside the buildings (in some cases, your bedroom window) drinking, screaming, fighting, vomiting, urinating in planters underneath windows, and throwing beer cans/bottles/plastic cups wherever they see fit.
Cars with bass on loud enough to wake you out of a sound sleep come through at all hours of the night.
The residents all drive like it's Nascar, you really have to be careful around the corners and also make sure no one comes flying out of their parking space and backs into you.
The pool is closed at least once a month because someone thinks it's funny to break beer bottles in it.
The office staff is horrible, especially if you go in with a complaint. They write it down on a post-it note, if at all, then you never hear of any actions taken, or see any results. Not to mention they are all College students.
When you move out, you are required to clean everything, even though they claim you have paid a "Hassle-Free Move-Out Fee" which is supposed to make you responsible only for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
You never get your "deposit" back, even though it clearly states on the lease that it is to be returned to you within 15 days of vacating the apartment.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and if you have not yet moved in, I strongly suggest that you get out while you can.
