This is the worst place I have ever lived in

This place is one of the worst places I have ever lived in, and I?ve lived in other student housing in the UCF area. The apartments are tiny as ...., and the walls are extra thin. You can hear everything going on around you as if it were happening right in your apartment...for example, parties, fights, loud, drunken college students, dogs barking, people yelling and running around, neighbors listening to loud music at 4 AM, and people stomping on floors.
The satellite TV sucks really bad. Don't count on watching TV while it rains, since it goes out with the first sign of rain. Don't count on surfing the web whenever you want because it occasionally goes out, and speed wise, it's just a step above dial up. Don't count on your rent being the same or almost the same every month because you'll have a high electric overage charge to pay (their electric cap is ridiculously low; Other places have higher caps.) Also, most apartments are lofts, meaning that the A/C has a larger area to cover, and a lot more energy to spend.
Maintenance is not bad; they fixed almost everything in a timely manner, and they were nice. The office, well, some people are nice while others have attitudes, but the manager's always busy with an "important" meeting.
Their computer lab looks nice, but it sucks. Most computers are either down, or they have major pop up problems. The printer never has paper, and when you put your own paper in, it starts printing other people's stuff. Also, don't be fooled by the 'make believe' model. It looks small, but they tell you that the actual size of the apartment and bedroom is significantly larger. Truth is that the actual Apt, especially the bedroom is a tiny bit bigger. I literally measured my bedroom, and the length was 10 feet. The width was 10 feet also, but it becomes 8 feet with the closet. So, do the math. If you already have a full size bed, a dresser and a desk with a chair in your bedroom, how much free space do you have left' Mhmm' NOT MUCH. I've heard people say that the rooms at Jeff. Lofts can make anyone claustrophobic, and I completely agree because if you have a computer, a printer, a TV, a hamper, and clothes, plus all your other personal belongings, you end up feeling like you live in a tiny, filled to capacity, storage room.
Worst of all, is the "hassle free move out". After reading some of the other reviews I can see that I'm not alone in this one. Instead of a deposit you pay $125 for a hassle free move out that is not really hassle free. Before you vacate the apartment you get a notice from the office telling you what things you need to do to avoid being charged extra. The list was a page long, plus it listed everything you need to do if you want your deposit back. So how is this hassle free' You have to clean everything, and I mean everything. You even have to dump out all the ice.
What I hated the most, is that they refused to do a walk through for me. THEY DON'T DO WALK THROUGHS AFTER JULY 15TH. So, if you want a walk through, you need to move out 18 days before your lease is over (Aug 3rd). I'm a college student and I can't afford to pay for two places at once. And why would I move out 18 days before I have to. Residents should have the right to make an appointment for a walk through if they want one. All the other college housing places in the UCF area have given me a walk through. So, what makes Jefferson Loft so special that they can?t do a simple walk through for their residents'
