$$$$$ Don't move in here.....They willl continually charge extra. There is no such thing as hassle free moveout. They sent every student after they had moved a bill to pay for cleaning of the carpet in the common area. Isn't that part of each students portion of the apartment no hassle move out fee you pay in the beginning. It is just another way for Jefferson Lofts to get more money out of the students. Parking is a nightmare, they say they have plenty of parking but you soon find that is not true and can drive around for hours trying to find a spot or walk the entire length of the complex when you finally do. Then you end of paying 10 to 25 dollars extra a month to reserve a spot that is then used by someone else. The complex allows dogs, BIG dogs with BIG BIG droppings that they do not require residents or themselves to pick up. It is everywhere..... Lighting is very dark in the parking lots and an open field is the the east, just a dense dark thicket. Noise, it is PARTY CITY every night. Electricity allowance does not cover using only the refrigerator all month let alone a computer or the dish washer once in awhile. The last month I nor my roomate was there and we got a bill for overage on the electricity, explain that.... Management is a joke... girl was raped last year, pushed into her apartment and raped. The rapist got away, apartment complex tried to hide it and did not tell residents until the TV cameras were outside the complex 3 days later. So much for safety. The bedrooms are tiny... Save yourself money move into another complex.

Thank you so much for the info! My friend and I were planning to sign leases to move into a 2/2 in the fall. After reading everyones review, we are not going to. When we went to the leasing office, we asked about break-ins and any previous incidents. The only thing we were told is that they had one break-in...nothing about a rape. We were also told that the complex was very quiet and that parking would never be an issue. They allow pets? LOL we were told no pets allowed. This complex seems like a joke. I was almost fooled by the model. Thanks to you, I will not be signing a lease.
