Good Property but Poorly Managed

I currently live in Jefferson Lofts (JL). I moved to JL in Aug '05 from Boardwalk. I live in a 3 bedroom/3 bath.
Compared to the troubles I had at Boardwalk, I am very happy with Jefferson Lofts.
POSITIVES: You can't beat the asthetic layout and design of the individual apartments.
I have a covered parking spot that is always open. There are plenty of visitor parking spots.
The appliances are clean and have not yet broken.
The gym is clean and well equiped. The pool is great.
The maintanance crew are quick to fix things that they are able to fix.
Close to Blockbuster and Publix.
NEGATIVES: The office staff is horribly disorganized.
The walls between apartments are very thin. You can hear people talk on the other side.
Mail is inefficiently sorted. They once signed for my certified mail and then lost the letter.
Ony ONE entrance to the property. Only ONE trash compactor/receptacle for the entire property. Neighbors frequently allow trash to pile in front of the apartment.
I have a leaking crack in my cieling that still has not be fixed. The maintanance crew says it needs to be fixed by a roofer. The office staff keeps telling me that the roofers don't find it to be a priority.
You have to fight Alafaya traffic when driving to and from school. It is a long bike ride.
