This is the worst place I have ever lived and I want to warn anyone who may want to move here. This is a place for 18 year old underage freshman to get wasted and not care about the surroundings, noise or pollution. If you qualify then you will have a fun time patrying here. If you want a quiter, cleaner palce to live this is the wrong place. Our apartment got broken into, our front window got smashed, our car got boken into and there was no response from managment about any of these occurances. There are cigarette butts, broken glass and trash EVERYWHERE. There are fights every night and people may damage your car and no one will do anything about it. Finally, you have to pay for parking, but if someone parks in your spot then no one will do anything about it and you have to find a tow truck and have them come. Then the person you towed knows it was you and most likely they will do something to your car when you are not there. This all happened in one semester. We are moving out and subleasing. Other residents share the same feelings, and the turnover ratio at this complex is highly above average due to these negative characteristics.
POSITIVES: On the upside the inside of the apartments are spacious and the furniture provided in above average for a furnished college apartment complex. Once inside, it is not bad, it is just getting there sometimes that can be a little scary!!!
