This is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived at. Every month my apartment was charged utility overages of $60 or more even over break when no one was there. It's a total rip off, plus everyone who lives there are in to major drugs. If you like to do drugs, pay a lot of money, and enjoy loud noises every night then this is the place for you. Otherwise STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! ONCE YOU ARE IN YOU CANNOT BREAK YOUR LEASE, TRUST ME I TRIED!!!

If your bill had that amount of overages then chances are you actually used that amount of electricity. I have lived at Jefferson Loft for the past year and my utility bill overage has never gone over $30 and this only happen twice when my room-mates had her entire family over for an extended visit. And I must disagree with you that everyone who lives at this complex is doing some form of drugs. I am living here and I have never once tried any form of drug out side of what is prescribed by a doctor or pain reliever (Advil, Aleve). For those who are looking into moving to Jefferson Loft please check out the apartment for your self and don't rely too much on some of the comments that are here. NOT EVERYONE WILL HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE.
