First off the office staff especially the new guy DJ is incompetent and rude. They can never get anything done, if you have a roommate problem don't expect it to be fixed within a few months, they have no idea what they're doing. Matinence staff is usually good and on-time but if it may bother you that they knock for two seconds and then walk right into you house you may want to re-think living here, I know that bothers a lot of people. Also, the ground are SO nasty you don't even want to walk outside to your car. You should see the "lake" you can barely see the water because there's so much trash it in, disgusting. Bedrooms are insanely small, you can get much larger, nicer places for a lot cheaper elsewhere. Walls are paper-thin and can hear word for word your neighbors conversations and windows are also extrememly thin so if you are facing the parking lot expect to hearlate night partiers and cars going past constantly.
