Jefferson Lofts can be many things. It provides basic accommodation. Nothing flash, but also good In my opinion.
There are partys everyday and the noise level can exceed the airport at times. Lots of bums wandering around, lots of cats and dogs walking around, deficating wherever they feel like it. People getting wasted on the sidewalks, ontop of your car, on the lawn. People thorwing up everyehere on weekends, trash everywhere. People dont know how to use the dumpster and its always full and stinky. The rooms are alright, and the facilities are OK in my book. Just some of the tennants are abnoxious. Security is a little shaky.
People fighting now and then, people getting mugged now and then. The security guards are hardly around, and when they are, they do nothing mostly.
Parking is adequate, when someone parks on your spot, just puncture his wheel or something.
The price is a bit high, but this isnt too bad compared to others.
Being from a large family of 14, I dont mind everything that goes on here one bit.
As for the TV and internet, they are alright, but sometimes dont work :(
