I lived there for 1 year and it was the worst. I was living or trying to live on the first floor, my neighbors upstairs apparently used high heels 24 7 and I was able to hear every single step. The walls I think they are 1 inch thick because I was able to heard my next door neighbor having S.. from the other side of my apartment that by the way the apartment size is very very very small for the prize. Beer cans all over the place. Don't buy a new car while you live here because it will get scratch and no one will be responsible. One night a new AUDI A4 got on fire due to a drunk student that by the way the drunk student was my up stair neighbor. Security was only after a girl got rape. Only one security guard for the for this huge complex.
The people who works at the office are 200% incompetent because their fault they send my information to a collection agency because they don't even know how to add 12 checks by $1,200 equals 1 year rent. Even when I prove them the canceled check they reported me to the collection agency that by the way the collection agency told me how they couldn't notice that I made all my payments on time and that I comply with the amount showing on the contract. I called the main office and they are as irresponsible as their employees at Jefferson Lofts. Please don't move to this place it SUCKS.
