My son lived at Jefferson Lofts last year. When he moved in, some of the furniture was chipped and the carpet worn out. Upon leaving, he is suddenly assigned a bill for $819.00, for various reasons, including replacing the carpet and the chipped furniture, which had been chipped previously to him moving in. Try to argue with the Jefferson Loft people, their answer is always: we will forward this bill to our lawyers. My son also turned in his key and key fog, but got charged $55.00 to replace them anyway. Please put your student somewhere else if you do not want to deal with a bunch of hard headed management.
