you will be doing yourself a favor by living somewhere else. No place can be perfect and part of the problem is the residence fault for trashing the neighbor hood, but it is not our fault for the ridiculous charges they try and charge you. "Hassle Free move out" my ass, they will charge you for anything they possibly can upon move out. Also, the idiots in the office could care less if you get your mail. I received a bank statement in October that was issued in August. Also, i payed rent over the phone one month. I gave the kid my credit card information and he said he would take care of it. Two weeks later i got a letter from The Lofts stating that they would evict me if i did not pay my rent. I called and asked to speak to the person who took my credit card information. The kid told me that he was sorry, he ended up going home sick that day and forgot to run my credit card. The Loft's problem is that they have irresponsible college aged children working in the office.
