I've lived here for almost a year now and some of the things other people wrote are true and some are kinda stretching it. Remind people that this is student housing please' Of course when an 18 year old gets here they're only gonna think about partying every night. That's expected. The noise is gonna be the same everywhere else in student housing unless you live on campus. I am pretty pissed off that the day I moved in I didn't have any carpet and all the furniture for the apartment was in my room which prevented me from moving in for 2 days. But they were apologetic and gave me 2 weeks free rent. The staff is mostly college students except for the managers and leasing agents. They did a good job matching me with a roommate with similar interests and who is the same year as me (senior). I am fortunate that my building doesn't have a lot of parties. The only complaint about noise is the person who lives in the wall next to mine. Let's just say that she's a screamer if you catch my drift. The rooms are smaller than almost every other apartment complex, but the amenities are better. The clubhouse and pool are nicer and the internet is better than most others. Parking is the best feature here. I never have a problem finding a spot near my apartment. I haven't had a month without electricity overages, but my roommate seems to like it set at 69 degrees and he agreed to pay for overages over $20. Maintenance is great here though. Our washing machine broke and was replaced in 2 days. I've seen some disgusting apartments here (one even had tire tracks in the apartment for some reason), so I'm not surprised that people complain about having to pay a lot when they move out. The furniture here is nicer than most, and the office staff and maintenance staff is nice. Parking is never a problem. All in All I would recommend this place more than other student housing around the area.
