Do yourself a favor and find soemwhere else to live! Lofts may be pretty, but that's about it. The place is falling apart and maintenance is no help! For the price I pay for this room, it is ridiculous!! This location is terrible and dealing with traffic to get to school will make you want to kill yourself! Management charges you for every little thing but does nothing to help when you actually need it!!!I have roommates from hell and no one will help me! This place is always noisy and forget trying to find a parking place. My friends won't even come out to visit me anymore! Find somewhere else!

What the hell do you think a college affialated apartment is going to be like? Your mommy's house? If you tear your apartment up you pay for it, read your contract, I hate how people on here bash things that they actually don't understand. You must be a freshman. abd what you cant spare 5 dollars for a reserved parking space a month?
