Ok, well I must say I agree with a lot of these reviews, the parking is crazy, I got into an accident in that crazy parking lot. The walls are REALLY THIN you can hear everything. If you have a room with a window that faces the balcony don't expect to get ANY SLEEP. Your best bet is to get a room on highest floor. I had a room on the top floor which helps a lot to drowned out the noise. Unless you're getting bedroom 3 (top floor of the 4/4) (The room with the LARGE CLOSET the only NORMAL SIZED room) unless you're living in that one its SO NOT WORTH LIVING IN! Oh and get stuff for your mattress, its like sleeping on a board.
The manager changed the second year I lived there, to this crazy guy (i forgot him name) I'm sure he is still there. He had the nerve to just WALK in my apartment without KNOCKING or anything. Oh and one morning I was asleep in bed and woke up to maintenance unlocking my BEDROOM DOOR!!!! I was like WHAT THE F%$!!! They were like "Oh oops we thought no one was home". That privacy issue I'm sure does not only apply to "Jefferson Lofts".
All I can say is, its a pretty place, I really enjoyed it when I finally got the best room.
Oh and be careful to keep all your payment records, after moving out, more than a year and a half later I got harassing phone calls and letters from the manager saying that I owed them another months rent. After digging and digging I finally found my proof. They will try to RIP YOU OFF. This did not only happen to me, it happened to 2 friends of mine that lived there as well.

When I lived there was a really rape that took place, we all found out bc a notice started to circulate in our mail, basically saying not to walk at night by ourselves. The safety issue I'm sure does not ONLY apply to Jefferson Lofts, anyone should be careful regardless.
However, there are bums that live in the wooded areas surrounding Jefferson Lofts, so just BE CAREFUL.
