I moved in during the summer of 2007, it was a very nice place compared to all the other student housing. I live in a 4 for 4, which is also a very nice set up, with high ceilings. Internet was fast and the cable had no problems what so ever. At the start of Fall 2008 they changed the internet and service provider, which has been a nightmare ever since. They downgraded everything to try to save money, the internet is so slow sometimes i can't even do my homework if I need to do research. They have had to come out and fix it multiple times, and it is still horrible. Now If you like Certain channels like comedy central, MTV, Spike TV, and HBO, expect to be very mad when you cant watch those channels for months at a time because the sound does not work on them. It has literally been six months and they are all still messed up and have not been fixed yet. Enough with the cable and Internet, the area its self is complete trash with broken bottles everywhere, trash flying around, etc. If you get woken up easily expect to be woken up a lot considering the walls are as thin as paper. I am paying about $620 a month not including are overages in electricity, which are now about $50 to 70 a person. So in a nut shell I am paying $700 a month for a small room with paper thing walls, crappy cable, horrible internet, and a dirty complex in general. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO RENT A ROOM AT A HOUSE, THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPER, AND 10x BETTER.
