The Majestic is the place to live! What a great price to pay in Baldwin Park. Downstairs you have shops, restaurants, Publix.

The apts are nice and beautiful with their own touches of granite counters, accent walls, etc.

Def a place to check out, you will fall in love!

I've been reading the positive reviews with a very keen eye & after talking to some leasing friends, I've since learned that any positive review that starts with: WOW!!!, GREAT PLACE!!!, MUST SEE!!!, FANTASTIC!!!, WOULDN"T THINK OF MOVING!!!, TENANT FOR LIFE!!! or any extremely enthusiastic header involving multiple exclaimation points is usually on-site management engaging in some aspect of a post corporate office meeting where the riot act was read damage control, normal tenants who lack complaints have neither the time or the inclination to write positive reviews for anything that usually has no direct benefit to them & people just dont even think like that much less write or speak like that.

This is definately an employee of the Majestic writing this comment above...Erin is hopefully fired!! She was the manager and she was so dumb even she got a ticket on her car the day they changed the parking signs to 2 hour parking!! Was a retard!!
