Do not move here, you will be sorry! this place is full of wild college students with no respect for anybody or anything! The manager is incompetent and dishonest! I feel like I live in the dorms at college with a negligent Resident Advisor managing the place. The stores they advertise are not even opened yet and from what i hear most of them want no part of baldwin park anymore-this place is going downhill fast. My lobby and elevator are ok, but the other building is a mess, when I visit my friends there I only take the stairs! The elevator grinds and bounces if you are in it. I have no faith in the management or the construction of this apartment. I would expect to pay about 500 dollars a month if that for this type of environment.
