My experience here has been horrible on many different levels. The parking is horrible. The residents are constantly parking in the loading zone because there is no parking close to the building, not to mention that people are constantly putting advertisements on your car for local businesses. The walls are paper thin so noise is a hugh problem, on top of all the traffic and construction that is constantly going on. You'll never enjoy sleeping in again! The apartments are nice from a distance, but if you take a closer look, you'll see that the landscaping is poor, the construction is poor, and the residents have no respect for their neighbors. Trash litters the hallways, and the lawns rarely get mowed. The buildings are supposed to have security monitors, but they do not work. Watch out for the hoodlums in the stairwells(this neighborhood is bordered by ghettos on all sides). Maintenence= incompetence at this community. The office staff are too concerned with the internet to actually attend to your problems. They bad mouth the tenants in front of anyone. The store owners are rude, and do not value the residents as customers. This community has such promise, but with this type of apartment complex/management complex, it will never reach it's potential.
