Very poor construction. Every window pours out water whenever it rains. Parking is a nightmare (shared with Publix & multiple restaurants). Constant construction going on. Vagrants, and all sorts of unsightly characters walking around. Kids of skateboards at all hours of the night. Neighbors have no consideration for one another, and are always leaving garbage and shopping carts in the hallways. The hallways and apartments have horrible odors. If something breaks, it will never be fixed correctly. The staff will tell you the parts are on order for weeks. The office staff is horrible. They tell you whatever will make you go away the fastest, so they can get back to their magazines and personal phone calls. I would ask some of the current residents before signing a lease.
