I've recently moved into my new place here at Majestic. The experience has been positive from the very first phone call I had with Michelle Parks. My location is great. My apartment was ready when they said it would be and in perfect move-in condition. The office staff has been very helpful and the maintanace staff is so friendly, they even welcomed me to the neighborhood. Please don't be put off by past postings. The staff is efficient and the atmosphere is professional. I love living here!! Thanks for giving me a place where I can finally have peace of mind! :-)

Regarding past postings: yes, the office staff can change for the better; construction, however, cannot. The inferior construction is not a matter of opinion. Please, please, new renters, go by the reviews of people who have lived here for months and know all the scandalous history surrounding this complex. Look at the responses to some of these positive reviews by people who have lived here for only a few days. There really is a reason for the bad reviews.
