Residents do have a say so and laws go along away to protect us residents but they also protect them.
Every one has to make the proper steps though, as they do.
They do this everyday. They know what they are doing.
Best you always consult an attorney, and make sure EVERYTHING is in writing!
You can win just have to fight! And I love a good battle

I recall one of your maintenance guys just being accused for RAPE on a resident! In the Majestic apartments.
