Are you looking for an apartment/condo to lease' You need to check out the Majestic at Baldwin Park, it s nothing short of Excellent. When I first came in to Baldwin Park, I immediately thought I could not afford whatever their leasing in this area or its got to be a shoebox apartment. I m so glad I took the advise of Mrs. Michelle Parks and checked out the apartment/condos. I honestly can say that the Blue Print layout they send you via e-mail with the square footage, did not do the apartment justice, without seeing it personally. Majestic is so upscale and has everything you imagine, from real Jacuzzi bath tubs, granite counter tops , high ceilings. Majestic is located downtown Baldwin park with everything in walking distance. I couldn t believe how convenient it was just to take the elevator down from my apartment to go to the Publix, CVS and all the nice restaurants, it feels like being in my own little town.
Mrs. Parks showed me a variety of different apartments/condos within my price range. I was equally impressed by Mrs. Parks because she was not like the typical Nice Lady Leasing Act she displayed genuine concern of what my needs and wants were.

If your tired of the same ole apartment style I strongly encourage you to check out the Majestic at Baldwin Park. Ask for Michelle, she s really cool.

I have read a dozen or so reviews here, and just about every positive review specifically names Michelle Parks, the manager, and Angel, the maintenence man, and gives them glowing reviews...almost more so than the apartments themselves. And then they all go on to mention Publix and CVS. As someone who has used this website several times to research potential apartments, I have read many positive and negative reveiws on complexes in the Orlando area, and I must say that this is odd. It makes me wonder who is really writing them, and why! I do not have a specific comment on the Majestic as I do not live there.....I am just researching apartments....but something seems fishy. Just my opinion. If you don't agree with me YET, then keep reading these glowing reviews!!

Angel quited months ago,I dont even know who Mrs. Parks is. When you start having problems (wait for the rain) and hearing every little noise (neighbors microwave bips) and waiting for months to get repairs and having them come to your apartement while you sleep because they need to do something (not for you). You'll start wondering how did you end up paying so much rent for this.
