Where to begin.....
Trash outside your door everyday. At the dumpster, people put their trash at the entrance so it blocks people from putting their trash inside it. At LEAST 40 shopping carts around the grounds at one time. Maintainence cant fix a thing right the first time they come out, so you tell them its not fixed and they dont see a problem with it. They use shopping carts to transport their supplies around, as well as the cleaning ppl. The gates that are installed to keep people out that are not residents are NEVER closed. At the pool area, there is constant loud music, and pool furniture inside the pool. People who dont live here come in car loads to use the pool since the gates are not closed. The people who live here are rude, loud, drug and/or gang related. Many of the apartments have 2-3 families living in them. Don't leave anything on your patio, because you will wake up the next day with your screen cut, and the complex will not fix it. Incompetent office staff. If you don't speak spanish to them, they ignore you, or they are rude. Police are constantly out here, which is pretty much everyday. It took 5 phone calls to solve a problem with music, and I think it was solved since the people moved out.

Overall, it COULD be a nice community if they enforced their rules. But they dont. They are just looking to fill in the apartments they have vacant. They do not do credit or criminial checks here. So, if you are looking for a cheep place, are a big person who intimidates people, dont have kids....this is the place for you. All others....spend the extra money and moved elsewhere.

Although I agree with some of this, I also have to say that the person who wrote this review is very confused as to the culprits of the messes. It's "Little Mexico" (everyone knows that). That's the biggest problem. There's ALL types of music (noise pollution), especially car fanatics riding thorught the open gates and "peeling rubber" at every turn. Obviously they were intimidated by someone who they disliked and for whom feelings were mutual. The place is a mess, no doubt about it. But there are some decent people in some of the "blocks" (although not very many). None-the-less, it's not all --------- who're making the place the rat infested hole it is. There is also a share of ex-trailer trash, stupidville hicks, who found no other place and were attracted to the environment here. All in all, the message is the same. Move elsewhere if you value your belongings, cleanliness, respect and quiet enjoyment, and if you're paying to have all those things, plus workable items in the common areas. If you don't take the advice to move somewhere else, you'll only leanr of your mistake when you find roaches, fleas & rats in your unit and bags of drugs & syringes in front of your apartment.
