Have lived here 4 months and have had nothing but problems. A/C problems constantly. Bathroom cabinet rotting. Rust coming from under paint. Baseboards rotted and pulling away from tile. Door sticks. Window is very thin. Can hear every little noise from neighbors through very thin walls. Loud, rude neighbors who vandalize your vehicle and scream at each other all the time. Office staff are rude and incompetent, maintenance staff are ignorant. Nothing is ever fixed right the first time. Locks were changed without any notice. I would only recommend this complex to drug dealers, or people with VERY low standards of living.
