I am a professional and made a very bad choice and moved here d/t the cheap rent.The apt was infested with roaches,everything was broken,the paint job looked like it was slapped on by a preschooler.Maintenance takes forever if even that at all to fix anything-better off trying to fix yourself before calling them!Besides the fact most of them cant speak english.The office manager is rude.Some of the staff in office are nice,but things are done very slow!When I moved in I was promised all these amenities-security gate,movie theater,pool to swim in-none of it has happened - the pools are closed,the gates are always open and dont work and the movie theater is supposedly done but not ready yet! Also the upkeep of the grounds are not good -garbage is everywhere and the landscaping dosent exist.Also they have 2 ponds(if thats what you want to call them) in the front of the complex that look like marshes one the fountains dosent even work so it stagnant and filled with trash.Dont move here!!!!!
