I have to agree with everyone else here. I've only lived here for 2 months and I HATE IT! The neighbors are noisey and nosey. No one here minds they're own business, the pool is closed more than it is open... Roaches everywhere, termites. They had someone come and give them an estimate. That was when I first moved in, back in April and nothing has been done yet. Still got termites. The A/C does not cool the apartment upstairs, the upstairs is hotter than a crematory. When maintence does decide to come along they don't leave work orders so you don't know that they were in your apt. Which is not good, if something turns up missing cause of this, there will be hell to pay. You don't want me to start on the management here. Oh did I forget to mention that the mail boxes were broken into last week, and all management had to say is "Hope you didn't have anything important in your box". What kind of response is that' The Orlando Police that patrol here regularly didn't even know the mail boxes were broken into cause MANAGEMENT never called them and told them.

ok i sure understand your problem !! the ac thats is sometimes very easy to fix inside the ac is a compartiment that fills with water and needs to be cleaned out so what you can do is take the water out and take a very soft scrubber and a spray can that you fill with vinegar and clean the white stuff of that inside filter thing!! that will help you until the maintenance gets a chance to come fix it and that will be acompany any way mostly! i do know how that feels when the ac doesnt cool i am sorry for you sufferin and have great compassion!! try to be less bitter about it and put some hand on!! there are manuals online how to fix things until the maintenance comes to fix it!! the work orders have to be made at the office with one of the main managers!!the maintenance just receive the working orders thats all!! and one day at the time they cant take a 100 work orders a day!! this is florida its hot very hot outside its very energy draining to run around the whole day the maintenance are humans like you and me help them by fixing some things temporarely until they show be creativ not negatriv!! it will be so much harder on you and the office work to gheter not against each other thats the only way problems can be solved!!the leasing offcie can not be held responsible for the mailboxes they are porperty of the post office and sorry that does sucks but no mail box is secuer no where in america!!you also have the option like i do save some money go to lowes and get you a security alram camera system like i do! all my rooms are covered my entrance and my balcony!! 90 degrees view and all that for 276 $ thats how you can protect yourself and get renters insurance! the leasing office can not be held responsible for stolen items in your home brake in or burglary!! you need to self protect here and elsewere!! the police that patrols here they are on shifts and mostly differnt officers at times so no they cant all know that the mailboxes have been broken into!! so if you see something like that going stay calm call 911 and if the cops get lucky they wil cathc the guy!! if you do need to receive something expensiv or important have it send to your nearest post ofice for pick up or with ups !!
